Payment
When you buy the item from us,the money is kept by Ali,when you confirm receipt,the money will be released to us.
Sometimes it will have a delay due to your payment method,so if your money have not arrived yet,we‘ll have a delay to ship your parcel to avoid unnecessary loss.
Shipping & Handing
1. Your order will generally be shipped out within 2-5 business day after your payment has been cleared (exclude our weekend and holiday).If it met with our new year,please kindly extend your shipping time.
2. Please confirm that your address and phone number are right.And tell us your full name(some post office is very strict with it.And some countries like Russian have the regulation).We are not responsible for the results due to the wrong address.
3. For some shipping method like DHL,sometimes we ship the parcel,but we should wait for the transfer number.So please don‘t worry about it.We just wait for the transfer number to fill in.
4. 5. Usually the parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office of you.You have the responsibility to go to the post office to check it.
6. Normally.If the parcel is detained by the customs.You have the responsibility to help with the customs clearance.
7. Some countries have strict custom rules,customers will afford all custom duty or any other handling fee,especially for customers in Canada.
8. Sometimes,you may have a delay to receive your parcel due to holidays,customs,local dispatch efficiency or other reasons.For this situation,please feel free to contact with us to extend your protection time.Don‘t open a dispute for this reason because the delivery is totally out of sellers control,it should be post offices‘ duty.Thanks for your understanding.
Warrant & Refund Policy
1. If any part is missing,please contact us and do not open dispute,We will send the missing pieces to you for free.But we need you give us some time.Because we need some days to get the missing pieces.
2. If you accidentally lost the instructions, you can contact us and tell us your E-mail, we will send high-definition electronic version of the manual to you.
3. Defective product must tell us within 3 days attached with the picture of defective part. Please return it with your own cost within 1 weeks from the time the merchandise is received. We will arrange to exchange a new one for you at once. (you should include all original items undamaged in resaleable condition, thanks).
4. If you need refund, only item’s listing price is refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred shipping products back.
